Never go back. I had a binge on burrito's for a day and about died. Once you switch to paleo never doubt! Always have a good variety and backups! I use a perfect foods bar or peanut butter and honey to make sure I don't binge.

If you don't have a crock pot, now's the time to get one. Load up on large cuts of beef/pork. The key is reducing as much of the work as possible. Slow cookers/crock pots save massive amounts of time.

The first week sucked....I felt slow and tired.Im sticking to the diet and I'm driving my wife nuts in the process .At the end of the month I'm going to make another video and that will show me working out and how my body transformed so far.Thanks for stopping by.
i found a very lean ham that was so lean i had to add some olive oil to cook it. it was wonderful.
