March 14th will mark 5 months that my husband has been away for active duty, and sadly we're looking at another 8 months of being apart. I love you and will see you in the one place where distance doesn't matter, dreamland.

When this song first came out my husband was on a world cruise in the Navy. I remember every time that I got in the car and started to drive it would come on. And I would cry like a baby a few times I had to pull over. My poor kids though I was going nuts. Now my husband is on his final deployment before he retires and will be home in soon. We are in single digits now. It still makes me cry. And it is our 19th Anniversary today.

I love this song! My husband is in the army and I hate it when he's away from me for any amount of time. We were together and inseparable for the first 7 months that we were together so any time apart is so hard. I don't know what I'd do without him though. my husband just got home from afganistan and this made his 4th deployment.. Now he is gone to California for more training in the desert!! i havent talked to him in almost a month, it is killing me.. At least when they are deployed they can use internet or have cell phones... this has been the hardest month in my life.. I love my HERO! He is my whole life! This song finally brought it all out of me. It says all that I ever could think of. I empathize with all the other spouses out there that are still waiting.
