@eagleeye343 yeah its called Unreal Tournament 3. it came out in 2008 so its not that much money. you can also get a map editor for it. for this i think he used the unreal engin and created a master chief character. i have this game for xbox (u cant create characters on xbox. or maps) and its really really really fun! u should buy it i got it like 2 years ago for $18
