@CRTukker Yup in reflective thinking,, I should not have gone out, but dispatch made me an offer that made me jump for it, there was seven milk suppliers waiting for me to get in with the milk to dilv to small indepented stores. so it was fun and I was prepared incase i had to spend a nite out there. wouldn't do it again tho..
Ya with that snow storm, avg speed was about 60kph,, At normal speed yes it does take about 2 hours for the trip., I use to have it down to 3 hours and about 20 mins when i use to drive it at nite doing avg speed about 120kph.
Me too. I pulled a milk tanker for many years and those were fun on these type of roads. The fellow who posted this didn't say if he's pulling tanker or his milk was already packaged.
I was pulling packaged milk containers from the plant in Brandon, still a little movement but for the most part all the roads got closed and i managed to get it close enough to the doors at the distubution plant for them to get the pallets out, but i got stuck in the process of pulling out from under the trailer and took two hours of digging and sanding to get out of a small pile of snow,, was one heck of a nite. but proved that i could take the worst manitoba could hand me and pull it off,,
Some tough driving conditions there.
