@Jackitreborn I made my own cheese sauce. It was left over from a recipe I had made the day before for a cheesy "hashbrown" cauliflower casserole. Unfortunately, I can't remember all the ingredients and it was so good!! It was one of those things I just threw together and hoped it worked and it did. Now I wish I had written it down.
@lowcarbkitchen it's all about those "accident experiment" when cooking haha!! I think I will try throwing in cheddar cheese + some kind of broth and make the cheesy soup base... can't wait!!
@Jackitreborn It sure is! I've had my best meals come out of some of those quick throw togethers that you can't duplicate! I know I used cream cheese and chicken broth and shredded cheese in it. Amounts, I don't know.
Which cheese sauce do u use? :D
I found using those tomato sauce for pasta + chicken broth = an emergency low carb tomato soup... haha
