@QuietEthic I think this is meant to be some random situation that the Gman puts Gordon in, to help out, then whisks him away to someplace new when it's done. The old man says "you're getting fuzzy around the edges", which is either breaking the 4th wall, and commenting that the screen is fading out, or it implies that he's being teleported away.

@420Balance Source is a modified Havoc engine and Valve has put loads of time and money making it the Source engine they want to. They have made many of different kinds of games with it and have more planned in the future, I doubt they will throw it away and start all over? It doesn't actually take a lot to run Half-Life 2 to run on maximum settings considering looking at your specs you can see not a lot :) and that is great and lol yeah they walk about 20 feet and wahla their there lol xD well anyways considering Lost Coast is smaller than Half-Life 2 the original i think so yeah maybe i could probably run it on max also i haven't really played Lost Coast yet but what is it like and is it really any different from the original? well nice computer :D

@aala12 lost coast is a test run by valve to try out their new anti aliasing stuff, and it takes alot to run it on full, compared to the normal half life 2. but it is alot smaller than half life 2 as it is only one level. but i do like the walking bit.
