I liked the early days of the downtown scene, Golden Palominos 1st record, Material,Massacre etc. Most musicians should hang it up in their prime. This isn't very good. But they think it is. I guess they have to make a living.

this is some of the worse (im not gonna call it music because its not) noise ive ever heard. instruments are meant to make beautiful sounds, not trash heap garbage. People clapped at the end of this. I assuming they clapped because it was finnaly over.
it's called free improvisation, mate. and anyway, these people have already made lots of highly composed "beautiful" music, too. to have an open mind is the word, as far as i'm concerned. there is much more to the art of shapping sound, than what falls into the category of what most people would define as music.
They get paid to play this?
