Hello Eric i hope im right i read ur name yesterday today im supposed to rest as my hand is needing rest from too much typing...thank u for ur lovely comment it is good to meet you through Min....she is pure love...and a beautifu person ....
this video is so touching - the song as well as the pictures - although I have to admit, there are such ones that make me turn my head around because I can´t stand it to see this pain. I adore you for your strength to face the cruel fates of our brothers and sisters here on earth - depending on our understanding and compassion. So often I feel ashamed to be a part of the human race - they do things no animal ever would - and therefore I love my dogs more than most people.. hugs Daiandrah
that lovely .little dog under the car camr foward to thank her rescuers for food she had been given...she was not left there but taken by then to be treated just one saved is one less left to suffer unnecissarily....you are right animals can be known to try to help each other..as humans we have also that ability ,,,those that do are saviors....they give time and love...and their love is returned by the rescued.....
Pure hearts. Yes they are. I believe we all have our own callings, and I too have been given a heart for animals. WHat a wonderful song, and beautiful poem, friend.
always lovely to see your name Nancy...as you know that name means so much to me...love this mantra...its now on as before it was over the time allowed..the poem was written just in a few moments....i love it when hearts connect,,,
It is the tears of the disenfranchised, the despised, the unloved and the forgotten that fill up the riverbank. It is the love that shines upon the the waters that separates and filters the impurities and leave behind the essential pristine waters of salvation, hope and promise.
james i love ur kindness and honest thought..from a child instinctively found love in animals...though over contentions with parents i grew up alone..it is only now discovering so much love abides in us..humans..i am glad to have yours sometimes i still feel so lost and lonely deep inside me...maybe it is just hurt or shared pain....love to you...mary
Your words, music and videos reach right into my heart! Stunning, powerful, deeply moving! Love you very much, Mary!!!! We are all one and must care for each other, which includes the animals and our earth! You are such a compassionate voice! Blessings, min :-) xxxxx
there is so much suffering Min....people appear blind to it all...your love literally holds me up at times...i'd have a world with Mins strategically placed all over the world...the power of love is all that makes me stay here..sometimes feel so much pain it becomes shared in me...when will poverty be eradicated...cruelty stop...pain to others become pain to ourselves,,ur mary
thank you for being here and watching this James...i love Snatam Kaur so much...just so relaxing mantra......the poem was made then the slideshow the mantra was able to go on as youtube allows us up to 15 minutes now ..mary
oh thats really lovely to know you read them over again.i could never rewrite them they just well up in me unbidden..........yes reflections are a double blessing..not only the original but the copy all in supreme silence and sweet beauty...love to my dearest two friends always ur mary
There is no difference between you and an animal when both are considered as souls inhabiting the bodies. there is One Consciousness which has expressed itself in the form of the various beings, animate and inanimate. And this makes you one with all beings only when you stop injuring and hurting others and begin to love all as your own Self.
@terigower from who is that quote? i believe that an animal is more than most people they can smell, hear, see, feel and love much better than most people it's the responsibility of the people to help EACH other, THAT MEANS RESPECT FOR ALL INCLUDING THE NATURE AND THE ANIMALS OTHERWISE OUR PLANET BECOMES A REFUSE DUMP THERE'LL ALWAYS BE WAR AND PEACE YOU'RE THE EXAMPLE FOR MANY PEOPLE i love your work and dedication to this world xxxpriscella
When the religion of the Vedas (Hinduism) degenerated into a blind observance of rites and sacrifices of animals, when the Sudras (servants) were treated with contempt by the Brahmins (priests), there appeared the compassionate Buddha, who stopped killing of animals and raised the status of Sudras.
@tolgreen will have to go back look it up again but it touched my heart deeply... ....you know im just putting short phrase to you as no i dont speak or write ur language but will try ..mijn liefde .mary
full range of the world's colors, what is called in English true colors like the human lack of compassion towards other beings, but also distinctive grace in animals,
nature sharing her most diverse colors with us the moment we see her charming gown of the day and night,, thats what i saw in here.
Snatam's haunting voice, the magic of your poetic way of describing the world's most precious moments of life,,like a prayer i'd repeat at the start and end of the day the only prayer i need.
@terigower so let it be, Mary as you expressed my appreciation of life and world's gowns it wears to us in most perfect and wonderful way.Being a magician of words, you have always found the precious ones, dear to me, in presentation of reality's good and not so good sides,
words flow from unknown sources....some from the well within are not mine....yet as water flows or stays still..words are the quiesscence of the soul ,,
to me connections are so simple water realising water within immediately connects us as molecules of the same element........our blood ..our cells contain the rain released on earth...in simple duplication...god is within and without..
@terigower i'm not a bit of a thinker, am afraid, so my religion is very simple: god appears in a fabulous creation of nature, all of her beings called by humans lesser brothers and sisters fr no reason at all called LESSER, as theyr pure innocense. god becomes a part of humans'good hearts i have found so many in my life. a lot to be tankful for. Poets are God's messengers,,very special beings
@krysant50 Hermes (pronounced /ˈhɜrmiːz/; Greek Ἑρμῆς) is the great messenger of the gods in Greek mythology and additionally as a guide to the Underworld. Hermes was born on Mount Cyllene in Arcadia. An Olympian god, he is also the patron of boundaries and of the travelers who cross them, of shepherds and cowherds, of the cunning of thieves and liars,[1] of orators and wit, of literature and poets, of athletics and sports, of weights and measures, of invention, and of commerce .....
The Homeric hymn to Hermes invokes him as the one "of many shifts (polytropos), blandly cunning, a robber, a cattle driver, a bringer of dreams, a watcher by night, a thief at the gates, one who was soon to show forth wonderful deeds among the deathless gods."[3]
@krysant50 all souls connect as one....so whatever we do to others we do to ourselves....we are all travellers in the footsteps of god......thats my simple belief,
I just love this mary. Your poem is outstanding and the video and song just add to it's haunting beauty. I'm really grateful for your sending me the poem. I hope you and your wonderful friends are keeping well. Not had much chance to sit on the gate lately, due to family celebrations etc. You know you're always in my heart and prayers though. I love you. Ur Joannie. ♥
have waited for u tonight knew ud be here...ive been all afternoon making the slideshow to have the poem go on...the little dog undere the car is coming to thank her rescuers for food given to her.....all in stables really quiet...horses bedded down swallows safe in their nest high in the rafters..all is stillness i love you Joannie with my heart that aches at times for just some more love to be given to all those who never fel that touch on their lives of hardship
Funny Mary..Was on the road today and saw a sign-Puppies for sale. Almost stopped but I thought so many others need homes. When I retire next May will get another family member. This music is so beautious. I can't pronounce it but I can enjoy it. Thanks. Hey.....12 minutes! Thanks You Tube.
you will find the right one whenyour family can be added to...i think they are just there at the right time..it was this way for me and Max he needed a home after being abused but i needed him more....yes indeedy we have up to 15 minutes on youtube,,now yes Snatam Kaur is most beautiful voice to just switch off and relax to,,,,,,,,mary
@Sunambra hello dear Martin,,,so u found me first yes it s relaxing mantra,,,,we can go over 10 minutes now or didn't you notice its time length... godnight from wales
I will never get used to seeing any living creature neglected or abused. Knowing there is hope for some helps... but it isn't nearly enough.
The music is prayer-like, beautiful and suited for your chosen images which I will tenderly take to my dreams....
