FOR NHL 10:

1. Hold L2, pull the RS to 5 o'clock.

2. Push and hold L1

This is the instruction for NHL 09. On PS3 you need to hold L2 (vision controll) when you pull the RS over to 5 o clock to do a one-hander.

how are you makin the goalie fall over JUST by deking back to the outside?

In what situation do you mean? Generally a quick change in direction withe the body, stick or both does the trick.

For example, in one example I'm moving to the left and the goalie follows that move. So when I bring the puck to the right that side is left open.
