once gavin gets comfortable he does perform better onstage. with that said, I HATE his new look - that hat, tie, black shirt, blazer... awful. remember that classic sexy new york look of beanie hats and checkered purple sweaters? (check the cheated on me video). that was damn hot, I miss that.... he sounds great here though, and I love the black and white!
