For those of you too young to know any better, the cubs used to draw 3,000 with some exaggeration, winning team or not. That part of town was a pretty depressed real estate area, some industry, where "one" moved from. Expensive living there today of course and the attendance is through the roof. Most believe the cub team is the reason for the attendance, i just have to laugh. Most cub fans dont even know what inning they're in, good thing most of you WALK home. Elia hit the nail on the head.
