I'm pretty sure he's just a guy, coming home from a hard day of work. Puts the shoes in a bag to contain the dirt/smell. And as for the glasses of water, he puts his shower on really fucking hot, and cools down by drinking them. Hot showers are really relaxing, and drinking in the shower is a really nice feeling. And he breaks down, he has his problems, as we all do in life. Great vid.

Just one comment, the shot when he is in the shower and you're looking at the back of his head looks a little ominous.
