I might be wrong but to me it seems like Vicky speaks slightly slower (more pronounced?) for American audiences. For her home audience in the UK, her hilarious rants appear to be at top (almost incoherent) speed.

I'm American and personally I prefer Matt's character to babble away as fast as she can. It's much funnier to me that way. :o)
