I would like to share my reasoning with the conscious community about the statement 'we've' all heard, "reading is fundamental". I no-longer think that reading is fundamental because it's only a part of the sequence of learning but its mis-placed. Speaking of leaders/teachers who don't read, the book that was transcribed from John Africa is one I recommend. His approach is very direct, practical for where the world is going, and was pretty ahead of its time.
