@Brashtheonion I feel like i understand the theory of aeroponics, but there are still questions that come to mind
1) its a dumb question, nonetheless, what purpose does that metal screen held together by pvc above serve?
2)do you think that giving the roots more space (a larger diameter of the pvc "root tube") effects the plants growth?
3)does restricting root growth(using those orange pots with less holes instead of the 3.5inch net pods)enable the plant to focus on "aboveground" growth

You got awesome growth, that's a hell of a pump, just wanted to put this out there, no one needs to buy a growing system from a company, there're all rip offs as far as I'm concerned, though there are companies that sell high quality ABS plastic versions of things you could DIY at home, whether you want to go through the expense and effort is the question, Don't get suckered into an overpriced or overcomplicated system, keep it simple stuff

Love the setup! I took my 10" pvc the other direction. If you youtube introduction to aeroponics, it's the first one. Haven't posted any vid of grow, but MAN I'll tell ya. I got me some pretty white roots with awesome fishbones. Can't wait for what comes out the other end. Are you using a high pressure pump?

And also might i ask what the net thing above the plants at 1:34 is for? And lastly, if i wanted to save money from not using 1000 watts, what would be the best alternative? Wholy Shit! beautiful roots and plants man! They looked liked they kinda started going Nitrogen deficent early in the flowering for you, but looks like you got on that and kept them green right till the end. I know some strains really go Nitrogen def ni flower, but I gotta agree with the other dude below, Respect for good fuckin gardening man! It's clear I am learnin from a master!
@zantesh Most that (really) care about quality go organic in soilless mixes such as Sunshine #4. But NOTHING beats organic, for taste at least. And potency is about the same in my experience
