Most of the MAC girls here in California are pretty mean too. It's rare to find one who's genuinely nice. There's a MAC counter in San Jose, Ca and all the girls are so rude. I've gotten walked into, one bumped into me and didn't even apologize nor did she ask if I needed help.

I know I'm not Mel answering this but, thats a really tough question! The only 3drugstore brands I can think that even come semi-close would be Milani single eyeshadows, the Loreal Hip line, and some of the revlon lipsticks & their colorstay foundation. Although I'm a MAC girl at <3 !!
