  • VERY GOOD REVIEW BRO I THINK THAT THIS IS TE BEST REVIEW!! :D

  • @sebsrivoz6 Thanks for watching!

  • I'm planning on buying the pros. BTW should i get the 1 year warranty or not. Just cause I don't wanna spend extra money

  • @MarYou23 I obsoletely would recommend the 1 year warranty. Yes it's expensive but it's well worth it. I don't usually buy extra warranties but you never know especially for such expensive headphones. Something will happen, and you'll feel less stressed using them cause you'll know that even if you break them you'll get a new pair. I have it for my Bose in ear headphones, and I've used it twice already.

  • what`s the song`s name??

  • @azuziful What I'm playing to test the headphones or the beginning of the video?

  • @UnergyTech yes! btw nice review!

  • Very nice comparison! I was looking for this for a long time.. I'm planning to get either the green studios or the Pro Detox!

I like the noise canceling feature on the studios, but I think that the Detox might be easier to re-sell in the future..

  • @WhatTechShow I would definitely go for the pros. They are just overall better headphones, and I love how they fell nice and sturdy.

  • @WhatTechShow I definitely would get the pros. They are overall better headphones and I like how sturdy they feel when you have them on.

  • I my self have studios and there good headphones , but dislike having to put batteries in all the time, If u like loud music go with the pros , If you like not hearing ur self talk and the people around u talk buy the studios. No matter what headphones u guys buy , u wont regret it. :)

  • @curtisispro Well let's stay real here, I don't think batteries is that big of a deal. When I had my studios, I would change the batteries once every 4 months. And even if you change them more often, if you spend 300 bucks on a pair of headphones you can spend 2 bucks on batteries lol.

  • @UnergyTech Dude im paranoid as hell too buy beats. I have had 3 pairs of solos that broke in one day and 2 of them came broken. I am scared that like the pros cup will be flimsy or it will break or the stitching will already be ripped when i open it what do you suggest i do

  • @Mrsako1000 Honestly I wouldn't bother with Monster headphones anymore. I know they just came out with some new DJ mix headphones, but it's just not worth it. They look cool but are way overpriced and don't sound very good.

  • i actually watched that commercial !

  • The only down side to the pros is that they squeeze your head too much, but I think if you leave them stretched out overnight they should fit better

  • @patindahat450 Yeh they do hurt a lot after some time.

  • i listened to my studios on to loud for like honestly only five days and now one ear stops playing after like two minutes. fuck beats.

  • @lacrosse21397 Yep, it's all about the name and nothing about the quality.

  • @UnergyTech yes thank you, finally someone who gets it, and i feel bad i asked for a three hundred dollar gift that isnt even close to living up to its price, im goin back to skullcandy. they sound the same, they break just as easy, but there 60 not 300.

  • @lacrosse21397 I actually want to get the SkyllCandy Aviators. They look pretty solid.

  • @UnergyTech Get Sync by 50 cent. They are wireless and still sound better than the beats. Its not bluetooth wireless which makes it even better.

Besides it glows in the dark etc.

    Check em out

  • @iDontbreakPS3 I've never tried them but will try to get my hands on some.

  • Look, don't buy the studios. Buy the pros. enough said.

  • Pro doesn't leak but the studio does leak

  • I also think you look stupid in the Studio's... the pro's look cooool ;)

  • @DreTheChronic Studios are big, people look stupid walking down the street with them. The pros are a lot tighter to your head.

  • @UnergyTech At the end of the day your trying to listen to music in great quality. sooo, Idgaf what people say. You got beats they don't! I'd rather go with the Studios though, i love the noise cancellation. Only thing is the plastic bro...that thing is "DOOKIE" snapped on me. Their still worth it, I'm gonna buy the replacement parts when their in-stock. Nice review i would buy another pair of studios before i buy the PROs though.

  • @3Mike64 What you can do is get a custom pair at colorware. I heard some people say that apparently they are better made that way. I think you can even get them in aluminum.

  • @UnergyTech You can only buy new though, you can't send them your headphones?

  • @3Mike64 Wow I just noticed, yeh they don't do it used anymore! THey used to but now you have to buy them new. That really sucks. It's so expensive anyway. It's pretty much like buying two pairs of studios.

  • so the pros he has are fake...

  • @JOKILLAXYZ No the pros and and the studio are real. Both bought at Best Buy.

  • The studios have more bass because they have a built in amplifier, not simply because of noise canceling. The pros would sound better and have more bass if you amp them.

  • @flatblackbm Everyone seems to be saying in the comments that pros have more bass. I say studio's have more bass, so I guess we don't all see bass the same way.

  • the pros have better noise cancellation.

  • hey can you please give me your pros because to me they are really osome and you will be doing a great favour for me if you send them to me since i cant afford them email your answer please

  • @500janjan Lol, and you think I have the money to send a $400 pair of headphones to someone I never met. I don't have them anymore anyway.

  • Studio's are not cheaply made, dude.

  • @DaddyDog42 well they feel cheaper than the pros at least

  • The bass on the pros are better

  • I think you meant the pros have more bass

  • @dunal113 Well the pros have more bass since the speaker is larger, but the studios make it feel like they have a lot of bass because of the noise cancelation.

  • Well thump up to let everyone know about that

First the pros have 2 specs for cable put ur studios in the pros and then put them in in different places and hear who has the better sound + high volume

Second the pros -.- for djs not for laptop look try that

put ur pro in your phone and then laptop and then -.- in the mixer and hear the different ...LIKE!

  • @bo3dolka Yeh I don't have a mixer. My reviews are for the average listener who wants good sound and cool looking headphones. I'm leaving the more complex stuff to the music geeks.

  • good video though

  • @SoulSurvivor725 Thanks

  • @UnergyTech no offense but u dont know what bass is that song u just played has no bass at all it has highs and mids nect time u review something just learn about the product and its capabilities before u post a video

  • @SoulSurvivor725 I'll give you that one, it's just the first song that came into my mind.

  • i just got my studios i love them plus the pros ugly

  • Lol he is right, if you are worrying about spending a couple bucks on batteries then what are you doing buying $300 headphones. I love my Studios and batteries are not a problem! lol

  • Because of where I live, if I get the pros I will be leaving behind $479. Worth it?

  • @avigil600 Where do you live? And no not worth it.

  • The pros are so much better your review isn't that good.

  • @BIGWHITE514 Maybe if you listened I said a million times in the review that I don't like the Studios and love the Pros...

  • what level was the sound on

  • @beast88154 Half way

  • The pros don't leak at all... Only the studios

  • thanks, can you hear people talkin to you while you listen to music?

  • @Lusko10TGOD No

  • are the pros noise canceling or noise reducing?

  • @Lusko10TGOD The pros are not noise canceling, they just block out a some of the outside noise because the cups are large.

  • I have studios. but by looking at the leak the studios have like a little bit ,ore have a leak

  • Comment removed

  • would you do it for £100

  • @mukoduko1 I would do £120, plus shipping since I'm guessing you're in England.

  • How much would you sell your studios for

  • @mukoduko1 I was talking to some people and they said around $190

  • does the cable from the studios work with the pros as well? because i have studios and im looking to get pros, but i dont like the cable which is supplied.

  • @R4YL1U Yes it does. If you use the black cable from the studios with the mic, you can also use them with the mic on the pros.

  • @Yugioh1337 LOL, good for you.

  • Oh yeh I find it hilarious you returned the pros because they lack a key feature that you did not like in the Studios. The reason why the Pros hurt is because THEY DO NOT MOVE as much as they should like the Studios. The reason for the cups moving and such is to adjust to your Dome (Head) and ears. This ensures comfort to a wide range of different big headed people lol. The Pros squeeze out the life straight out of your head. I'm hoping they adjust this with 2nd gen. The new studios are tough.

  • @sonydee33 Well I returned the pros mostly because they cost a LOT and I didn't use them enough to make it worth the money. I do miss them though, they did hurt a little but I still really liked them.

  • I kind of enjoyed the review. Gave alot of details on somethings that I did not notice with the pros. I respect your opinion on the pros being better but by default after testing both and viewing your videos with others. The Studios are better for the long run + taste in music. If you fancy crushing your skull with bass for days Go Studio. If you want a nice blend with decent bass + durability go pro. To the people who keep saying they are fake get a life man...smh

  • @sonydee33 Thanks a lot! Yeh you pretty much summed it up. I have to argue with people on every comment that they are real and not fake lol.

  • 2 batteries every 2 months if you dont use them... its more like 2 weeks for me because I use them everyday

  • @d22a Yeh, I use them like 4 times a week.

  • Thanks!:) I was wondering because I tried it and I was like: Damn these things are tight... But yeah I was wondering if they would look cool 'cause I don't wanna put them in there crappy case and throw them in my backpack. Now I feel better!:)

  • @hhnguy Believe me you wont regret getting the pros. They are amazing headphones. And they don't look as big on your head as the Studios do.

  • @UnergyTech I'm not disappointed one bit!:D I have them and now am gonna be so happy to walk around with them on. Just got them Saturday!:) I do think however that they don't even really isolate the noise either... I have HeartBeats and Turbines and they do have better isolation... buy I crank up my music quite a bit so I don't have a huge problem... also, do the pros fit in the studios case? I was thinking of buying the case for the studios if they do...

  • @hhnguy Good if you like them. Unfortunately I can't answer the question if they fit because I don't have the pros anymore, but I think I tried it a while back and it didn't fit. I think the case they give is actually pretty good. It's small and the pros don't really need much protection since they are aluminum.

  • @hhnguy well, I meant I was thinking of buying the studios case for the Pros...

  • I was wondering... Are the pros good looking around your neck if it's kinda tight?

  • @hhnguy Yeh, thy do feel kinda tight and you can't move your head around to much but they still look cool.

  • Pros are great great headphones, they have better sound quality because everything is polished, everything is in right place, nothing is overpowering,i like that but studios are rockin,i have both and im amazed how good these are...dont listen to others when they say that you need to buy sennheisers,sonys,akgs...buy these, eho wants a trash can looking headphones on their ears..

  • @LeonDebeljakLD Exactly, so stupid when people say headphones aren't supposed to look good, it's all about the sound.

  • the studios leaked a ton!

  • The pros are much better and they are noise cancelators go pros

  • Don't worry they are real, I take them from an ebay store (they have all kind of warranties) and paypal payment covers my back. I'm very careful with those things...well if you can give me a better price (difficult having to send em all around the globe). The thing is that I can get studios and pros by the same price, and if they are that unwearable which of them should I pick. Well i have one month to try them and decide to keep or give them back, but its just for saving the time to order the

  • @pabloadroher You can get the pros for 260 euros. Something doesn't look very trusty about this, they normally cost 410. You wont really know if the pros hurt your ears unless you try them on for some time really.

  • @pabloadroher I thought about it and I would sell them for 180 euros. I got my original black ones for around 280 dollars so I wouldnt be making to much of a loss. Im coming to france next week so it shouldn't be expensive to send them. Message me if ur interested.

  • I can get them at 260 € ($315) do you think it is a good deal?? I considered the studios but the look so fragile and shitty materials. What do you think?

  • @pabloadroher I would be careful they are real first thing. They are good headphones, you just can't be pulling on them like crazy. I'm selling my white ones if you want. They have only been worn for this review, haven't worn them since. Tell me if your interested.

  • Two comments. First the fact that make studios more bass powerful is not bc of the noise cancelling, in fact noise cancelling reduces the spectrum of sound (less bass and less high levels), the batteries also give kind of extra bass power so you can blow them much more. The other is that i'm considering on buying the pros but i'm bit scared due to the tightness (my head is big). I love them but i have to order them from the u.k (i live in spain) and its not that easy to give them back. I can ge

  • @pabloadroher I know what you mean I used to live in France. It is a very tough question because I got the pros but had to give them back for 2 reasons. Mostly because they were very expensive and I just didn't use them often enough, only when I travelled which was about once a month.

Second they did in fact hurt my ears a LOT. After 20m I would try to keep them on but it was very painful. The problem is that the cushions aren't big enough and your ears touch the speakers.

  • @pabloadroher I would really recommend trying them out somehow before you buy them, but you wont really know unless you keep them on for some time.

  • Solely for sound and comfort studios are better. As a finished product pros a way better.

  • I had both, and ended up selling my pros(kept the studios) because they weren't comfortable and hurt my ears after listening for way under an hour. Studios look kind of cheap but the sound is amazing, better bass, and I can listen to them for hours at a time.

If you like to listen to lots of music while on the street, or on a train/plane like me, and are a bass addict, then the studios are your pick. The down side is that they are very fragile and leak about 90%.

    Solely for sound and comfort

  • wich one has better sound quality.

  • wich one has better sound quality.

  • @db2k17 Well the studios seem to have more bass because of the noise cancelation, but overall the pros are a lot better. Build quality, looks, durability. I love these headphones. And the sound is amazing on the pros as well.

  • which one has more bass?

  • @909nemesis The studio a little bit, but the pros are overall much better

  • o btw the pros didnt leak AT ALL when the studios leaked a bit..

  • @shadowflare07 yeh, I think it's because they have bigger cups.

  • actuallly dude the pros do a much better job of controling the bass of the lows, mids, and even highs

  • @shadowflare07 Well from both that I tried, the studios did have more bass, but they both sounded amazing.

  • @UnergyTech they might have more bass but not as controled and clear as the pros

  • @shadowflare07 I loved the pros but I had to return them unfortunately because they hurt my ears sooo much. After just 20 minutes, and apparently I'm not the only one. Really sucks cause these headphones were sick.

  • @UnergyTech yeah i know but recently they started hurting after about 30 minutes and then i readjusted them on my head and i lasted another hour just fine =P

  • @shadowflare07 I tried to adjust it but it was the same

  • I re-read my question and it could be kinda confusing, so to clear it up : Since the pros have a circular shape, do they hurt your ears after an hour of listening? and do the studios hurt your ear after an hour or so?...also, since im a girl and these are kind of targeted for men, do you think people will look at me funny since these are kind of like a guy thing, I know their headphones for your ipod so they dont matter, but whats your guys personal opinion? Thank in advance again!! :)

  • @KatyGaga214 They might look a little big on your head. I know I liked the pros because they weren't as big as the pros on your head but are still pretty big and heavy! You should go to best buy and try them out, see what you think. You might also want to check out other headphones like the Skullcandy Aviators. They're a lot smaller.

  • when I watched his videos, the opening of pros and the part 1 and 2 of pros vs studios, I heard his voice and pictured like kinda of an older guy and nerdish, but when you showed yourself I was like " Heyy How you doin?" .. Lol! so I gotta admit, you are pretty darn cute, and your reviews on the are very good because I was deciding whether to get the studios or pros.. but I have one question: " For the pros and studios, do they hurt your ear after an hour since the shape? Thanks in advance!!! :)

  • @KatyGaga214 HAHA, that has to be the funniest comment I've ever gotten lol. Regarding the headphones, the studios do not hurt your ears at all, they're very comfortable. The pros however for me did hurt my ears after 30m. And it hurt a LOT. That is the biggest downside of the pros, because apart from that I LOVE these headphones. If I were you I would buy the pros, try them out, if they hurt your ear just return them.

  • ok thanks

  • i just bougt studios but i bought it on colorware i customized them and they say it is much tighter than the normal studios can you prove it

  • @TheBenjalol I've heard that a lot. Since I think they replace the plastic, they say it's stronger, but I don't know if it's just a marketing technique or it really is stronger. All I know is they make some sick customizations!

  • soz but im lovin my studios but i also want the pros.

fuck it. im minted so ill get both

  • @jthotshot Haha well if you can get the best of both worlds go for it :D

  • @UnergyTech yup thats tru well it sucks how u don't like beats products much because they got so much potential specially if they put some more thoughts on their stuff but o well...

  • @UnergyTech yeh I guess I can see where your goin with that one beats product I haven't heard anything bad about tho is the beatbox and I tried it out before it sounds amazing I just wish it wasn't so expensive :\

  • @DoCtAlOvE95 Well I mean when you look at it the beatbox is 450 and the pros are 450 as well. When I'm sure the Beatbox must have much better sound, and there's more material and bigger speakers.

  • @UnergyTech yeah I gotta admit the studios do feel pretty cheaply made like whenever I'm at best buy or apple I always see one of the pairs of studios broken lol nd thanks I'll check out your other vids sometime, I've seen your one on the powerbeats nd the tours cuz im gonna save up for one of those at one point I wish the powerbeats had an L shaped jack nd an untangle-able cord tho :\ or the tours had an earhook like the powerbeats haha...

  • @DoCtAlOvE95 I'm actually going to upload my review of the tour. I returned them I went back to the Bose. I explained everything in the video. They were just really really uncomfortable because they dig into your ear so far.

  • Great review u do really good on your reviews they say ur complete honest opinion and u don't just review it once like everyone else u do it more than once to let us know how they still work after a few months, I've been thinking about which pair to get when i get the money and this review has helped me out alot I like them both for different reasons I think I'm gonna buy one pair and try it for a couple weeks and see how it works then might return it nd try the other pair and then make my fin

  • @DoCtAlOvE95 Thanks a lot. Yeh I mean I want to give the best neutral opinion on the products that I review. I got so much crap for saying that the studios were very fragile because people don't look past that they are made by Dr Dre. I got reviews of some other Monster products on my channel and some more coming soon if you wanna check it out. Yeh I think you should try both pairs, see which ones you like best.

  • Aha, I know! I wouldn't mind spending more if the quality of the headphones got upgraded? It's still expensive tho! Aha

  • @Gummy336 Yeh that's why I gave them back cause I only used them like twice a month.

  • Aha kool...I heard of them but never put thought on buying them, you should do a review if you get'em? Lol

But Ey have you heard of colorware?

I've seen some vids about people sending there beats studios and they got'em back all customized and "supposedly" the hinges were tighter? But idk, just a thought aha

  • @Gummy336 I didn't know until now. It's pretty expensive though. $250!!

  • P.p.s: I've already tried them...they're straight aha thx again

  • Oh and the reason why is because,

I'm not made of cash so I'm always getting pissed when my headphones break,

I usually never buy expensive headphones but after breaking so many $30-$60 pairs, I coulda been bought a pair of beats?...

the studios are good but they're kinda made like a toy so yea I'm going for the pros since they're built better and so I can show off? XD

P.s; thx for the recognition in part 1 :)

    - Gum

  • @Gummy336 I actually returned my pros. Not because I didn't like them but because I never really used them so it was a waste of money. I am instead going to get the PowerBeats which are great for sports.

  • Aha well now I know straight up which beats I'm getting (The Pros) haha

  • @Gummy336 Glad to help. I should point out though I noticed not a long time ago that they hurt my ears. Apparently I'm not the only one though. I would recommend you buy them, try it out see if it's good for you.

  • Beats Pros:

-Cons: Heavy, needs more bass, not as comfortable.

-Pro's: Clean sound, sturdy and cool features.

    Beats Studio

-Cons: Break easily, a little muddy compared to Pro's

-Pro's: Bass, Looks sick, lightweight and comfortable.

    Conclusion:

-Studios are for me, cheaper and more comfortable. New versions don't break as easily in the 2nd Generation, and I think they look better on the head cause of it's futuristic design and perfect size :)

  • @techkid1000 Yeh you got it spot on. I didn't put it in my video because I didn't notice until later but the pros hurt your ears really bad after 30 minutes. It's pretty bad. Overall I still prefer the look of the pros though. They look smaller on the head I think. I returned them though because I never used them so it was a waste of money. I'm going to get the PowerBeats instead. I do a lot of sport so I think they will be great.
