  • Thank you for this Rebecca.. I've dealt with panic attacks for about 5 years now and even though I've gotten better at the self talk and staving off the rebound panic, it's still hard to focus in the middle of a panic attack.

  • hi, i watched your video and it started to help but im still in the middle of it. im doing the breathing technique, but its only slightly working. the 2nd panic attack i had ever had lasted for about 6 hours. it was scary as hell, and i thought i was seconds away from my heart exploding. is there anything else that you recommend?

  • Here you can find effective treatment.

  • HI isit a panic attack whenyour heart feels like its pounding hard and fast and u cant breathe in properly and etc.

  • It actually helped quite a bit! Thanks a lot!

  • I have seemed to have tried every single plan on you tube and when I relax that seems to make it worse.Does anything really work.I know alot of these programs and ideas work for people and thats awesome I just want something to work for me.

  • Thank you so much, this really helped me. After watching the video I was just brought to tears.

  • Very well presentation!.. It worked very well for me. Thank you p.s you should have your own show.. If you don't

  • I actually read about what I have! I think I'm called or labeled as a hypercondriac. I watch or read something that happens to somebody and I think it's happening to me. Like, a scary movie that I watched the other night with some girl's eyes bleeding, I would stay awake all night rubbing my eyes, looking at my fingers to see if there was any blood! It was scary!

  • Watching your diet can really help. Sticking to all natural foods (especially organic, etc) has helped many.

  • Really really helped me .

  • So glad you took the time to say so! And I'm SO GLAD it did. Blessings to you!

  • When she says "the emergency has passed" its a message you say to your subconscious mind that the events that were happening when the anxiety was originally triggered are not happening anymore .

  • i feel like im about too have one right now and wat sucks is i have too go too bed in a couple mins and i dont want too have it before i go too bed

  • when I have an attack. my mind goes crazy.....I cannot have a resonalble thought at all. I feel tinglely and out of breath....I start reciting the abc's repeatley to myself. can't concentrate on the attack entirely and do the abc's...it helps a little

  • Is it me or does this lady's chest seem to be thumping up and down?

  • That is really funny. Maybe she is wearing one of those electric ab workout belts under her clothes.

  • I didn't notice that, until you pointed it out. Weird!!

  • O, I have. LOL!!! Not fun.

  • Im not saying this lady is full of it because she deffinatly has the rite idea. I have lots of info and help for anyone willing to listen and accept that medication may not be ur answer. I have Panic disorder. I know Exactly what ur feeling. No charge whatsoever, just good sound and good sence advice. Take care

  • please tell me everything you know I beg of you I am willing to listen to anything that can help me

  • Has anyone, who has panic attacks, tried to make themselves have a panic attack? Challenge it, make one come on and really want it? I hear that if you try to make yourself have one, you CAN'T. That it's actually the FEAR of having one. Any comments welcome.

  • The fear of having one does actually factor in greatly.

  • I can bring a panic attack on deffinately, I have suffered from these for about 9yrs now and get them when Im driving alot and thinking about them can bring them on

  • Yes, I actually read it somewhere and I've been trying to do it for awhile and has helped, but then it's the unexpected I want to be able to deal with. I was just watching someone who said to make it your friend but how do you do that when you want to freaking get rid of it??

  • she made me laugh but i cant breathe when i laugh.

  • Has anyone taken Buspar and it has helped them. I am currently taking xanax and have for about a year and a half, but I want to not rely on them. My Dr. recently started me on Buspar, it makes me really dizzy and nauseated.

  • i take buspar and it helps. but im not really dizzy or nauseated when i take them.

  • Well. the buspar didn't work out. Then I was put on Lexapro, it made me so hyper and happy, but it drove me crazy. I ended up in the ER, they told me I was sensitive to meds. So, it's back to just the xanax and meditation.

  • I read some of ur comments. I have way to much experiance with panic and anxiety. The one thing i can promise u is that meds make it worse. i can assure u that. And u r not the only one out there who is to sensitive to meds and there sideeffects. I have lots of good advice for u about what u can do to help. I am not a doc but i have had this myself and also told i was to sensitive for meds. I can help if u want to contact me. Take care.

  • I've found holding on to an ice cube distracts me from the fear. I tried it about a month ago and trained myself to grab one while having a panic attack.

  • Thank you so much for this. This has brought me out of so many panic attacks, even extremely severe ones, ones where I was literally about to go insane. I have no idea how it works but I think a lot has to do with your voice. Your voice is very calming.

  • ..dude, my first name is Marina & my middle name is Rebekah Genevieve.

  • I suffer with anxiety and have found that natures way mega B vitamin has helped me heaps!!! I still suffer with the anxiety but its very manageable and only lasts minutes however if i stop the vitamins i get very moody and anxious! I have found that a caffeine/alcohol free diet has also worked wonders!

  • I am on Vilift and it really helped me in my struggle.

  • AMMM Q VARELA

  • What's a "triple warmer system"? Panic arises when too much adrenaline is released into the body, resulting in the "fight or flight" response. The best way to work through your own panic/anxiety is to remember that what you're experiencing physically feels horrible but you won't die from it. At the onset or to avoid the physical symptoms, breathe gently and slowly through your nose & exhale out slowly through your mouth,

  • thank you so much for this video~

I suffer from panic attacks and it helped me feel much better ^^

  • It's nice to know this has worked on others but I really can't calm down. I've followed the whole video but it hasn't worked.

    =[

  • What's a triple-warmer?

  • well done

  • why does the body get use to this? The brain makes it like an addiction and it wont get satisfied until it gets another and another for the rest of my life.

  • I am also suffering from this nightmare, are you doing any better? I really identified with your statement about the brain becoming addicted to these attacks.

  • this is something i will have to deal with through my lifetime, thanks for asking,

  • That was really nice.

It felt like I was less hyped up for real.

God bless rebecca marina. Thank you so much~

  • Thank you so much for this video, and taking the time to do it, I have horrible anxiety attacks and you helped me out with one I had tonight that was really bad.. I appreciate it so much, thank you Rebecca!

  • does anyone else get a tingly head like their hair is standing on end

  • hi a user called DIGITILSOUL has a post about tingly sensations and panick disorder i have him in my subcriptions take a look this condition is bad i know that much

  • @friedlimabean Yeah I do! I've suffered from panic attacks for years, but they recently started again much worse, I keep not being able to breathe at all and had to come home from school today. I feel light headed as if i'm going to faint or collaspse and then my head goes tingly, like pins and needles but on my head! I'm so glad i'm not the only one!

  • This video was really helpfull, it made me feel a lot better, thanks for being there Rebecca.

  • can u help me?

my puter doesnt hav sound and i wana no ur technique.

i hav really bad panic attacks in public

  • Thank you, I will work with this. My anxiety and panic are very "resistant and reactive" right now, I am grateful to have found EFT to work on this. pgy001, EVERYTHING in life is "memories", conscious life is remembering what has already come to pass, so yes you HAVE already experienced it! This is why this type of therapy can work, it is a type of "forgiveness" which recognizes the truth. Read A Course in Miracles.

  • Thank you for posting this! I've been trying to talk my body out of it's heights fear for a while now!

  • I dont understand it...but that worked like a dream...plus you sound like my Grandma, which can only help.

Thank you very much, will check out your site.

  • I'm trying this techique for other things, can they sometimes cause deja-vu? I'm not trying to be funny I' really curious! B/c I've just done this and everything I do feels like I've experienced it, even as I type this!!

  • wow! This really worked for me. I wasnt having a bsd attack just mild but it calmed me right down! Got a feeling all at once toward the end like someone gave me a muscle relaxer. God Bless you rebecca!

  • That was amazing, thanks.

  • I love all your videos Rebecca....they are awesome and powerful!!! God Bless U.
