Thanks for this video. Most of us have never seen a great deal of this footage. Layne was an awsome guy, and so was the entire group. To show you how cool they were, 15 years ago I wrote them all countless letters, addressed to their fan club. THEY ALL PERSONALLY WROTE ME BACK. It was the coolest thing ever for a kid like me. Glad his memory is still celebrated.

@joanspac I wish I could. This was obviously before the net was what it is today, and Youtube and all of that, but they all got lost when I moved. When I wrote to them, I took a different approach. I didn't get sappy or deep or starstruck, but just cracked on them as if they were my friends and even made phony song lyrics. I think that's why they all replied, and they cracked on me in return, sent pictures of them all flexing after I said they needed to hit the gym. It was so fucking cool.
