yep. chungking mansion is saturated with drugs. it is the easiest place to acquire drugs in hong kong. ANYONE who is trying to find drugs can buy some there in less than 15 min. the 2 small alleys on both sides of the main entrance of chungking mansion are connected from behind, and there are drug dealers loitering in that alley 24/7. walk through that alley and I garauntee you someone will whisper some shit in ur ears as you walk pass them. NOTHING'S CHANGED THEN IN 2010 -and i also took a walk in that alley -and happened to me.
