  • there's gotta be a way to turn this thing into a bong

  • Am I the only one that was rooting for her to move the ball?

  • Yeah that settles it, I want John Williams to soundtrack my life, I actually got chills when the music rose as the ball went to the third level.

  • hahaha....funny

  • omg i love peoples faces when try to do this its like "im so cool im moving ball "

  • I'm 16 and I asked my mom for this for Christmas lol. this is friggen cool!!

  • MINDFLEX IS BETTER!!

  • The way how she's doing it makes it more specular that it actually is. I had forgotten that I was supposed to buy on of these things when it came out.

  • LMAO @ :48 WOW YOU FUCKING GEEKS!!! I SWEAR!!

  • Maybe the end of the headset tracks eye movement, when her eyes were closed it didn't move, when she looked at the midpoint, it went to the midpoint.

  • I am so getting this.

  • Im just commenting on Slushspider's comment. This game along with the mindflex does not send or tamper with your brain. Its simply measuring how hard your brain in functioning and sending those results to the acutal game. Those results are then converted into how powerful the fan underneath the ball blows and so the harder you concentrate, the higher the results, the higher the power of the fan and finally resulting in how high the ball floats.

  • does she think she controling the ball?

  • oh i thougt these things were people "apparently" lift the light little ball tingys was just the air inside them pushing it up, like helium in a balloon

  • The music actually made it seem epic, when it really wasn't.

  • Clearn your mind!

  • @rabidowski no concentrate

  • i lold

  • do math. thats how bleep bloop did it

  • Failed you have...try again you must

  • I must admit, the concept behind this fascinates me! Would be nice to have something else to somehow measure brainwaves, though. I'm curious! It's said that children are frequently in alpha or theta dominant waking states, whereas adults mostly use beta. As alpha and theta correlate with creativity, emotion and learning, whereas beta is more analytical and focused, it makes sense in the context of my own childhood, anyway. I like to think I'm quite balanced in my approach, but who knows?

  • LMAO! HER FACE

  • lol perfect music

  • Guy on the left is helping her out at 0:55

  • @astrologue Haha he mouths words too. He must be a jedi master.

  • And we wonder how people get cancer? Having something send and receive stuff from my head sounds safe.

  • If you r doing math hw it goes up.

  • If somebody knows how this thing works, please tell me, I'm really curious.

  • @adam1224 @adam1224 it works on brain waves. the eletracal current in a certain part of your brain is sensed by ythe helemt sensor thing. this cause some sort of air motion in the tube, lifting it up. the more consentration, the higher it goes

  • i don't know why but this video made me laugh! nice musical background by the way :D

  • Ghostly Obi-Wan Voice: Trust your feelings, young Padawan!

  • think about math.

  • it's a fan at the botom of the cylinder ativated by your pulse

  • the secret of this is do math

  • the easiest way to do it is by doing math in your head

  • I tested this star wars force trainer on a football with a damp tissue over it and placed the headset over that, and it worked just the same, yoda was saying that the foce was strong in my family, if you don't beleive me , TRY IT. the force is strong with footballs

  • I tested this star wars force trainer on a football with a damp tissue over it and placed the headset over that, and it worked just the same, yoda was saying that the foce was strong in my family, if you don't beleive me , TRY IT. the force is strong with footballs

  • 0:38 ohhhh look, she can do it without concentrate^^

  • "fake, it is..."

    yoda speaking lol

  • hmm i think its looks a little fake, the ball rises even when she dosnt try to raise it....think its more Electronic than brain powers that raise the ball.

  • @TI1464 ThinkGeek created this thing, and considering that they also made a working electronic guitar T-shirt, a WI-FI signal detector T-shirt, and other gizmos, plus this was at a convention, I don't believe it's fake. :D

Doubt, I sense in you, young YouTuber.

  • @Dan00bindahouse no, ThinkGeek didn't create it. but i'm not sure what company DID create it though.

  • wow...imagine the possibility of this technology...it could revolutionize our lives...

  • i NEED one of those! thats awesome

  • Shes ready for the trials.

  • I need to meet a fangirl.

  • haha, i'm sure the hands help xD

but really, the replay value of this seems pretty limited. as soon as you get good at it you're just moving a ball up and down. mind flex seems more intriguing, or especially OCZ's neural impulse actuator

  • I played with one of these the other day - It was pretty sweet!

  • I'm sure her midchlorian level in her blood is highly elevated

  • What this needs is the second Force Trainer: Two Player. Whoever has the best concentration wins- like some kind of new tug of war game sans the rope.

  • where i get one of this on cheap ( 50 dollars )??

  • is u r in aus try kmart they have em cheap where i am ($60)

  • dont eeg waves give you cancer?

  • @melissacarl2002

You may be thinking of EMF or RF (electromagnetic field) or (radio frequency) fields. EEG is a way of measuring & analyzing electrical activity in a brain. The headset has a relatively weak field. The evidence for electromagnetic/radio fields linking cancer doesn't show a definitive causal relationship. Certain forms of radiation raise the RISK (i.e. gamma exposure) and have a known causal link.

    Best Regards

  • the music is hilarious... well done!

  • super touvlo

  • hahaha the music is a joke

  • that is badass...the force is strong with this one...haha

  • Got midichlorians?

  • that's so kool, i'd love to try that

  • The music is perfect in this video, I wish the actual device had background music like this as well.

  • its not fake, ive played a similar game at a place called wonder works, it was called mindball, and 2 people competed to c who could win, it went back and forth.

  • wonderworks is kewl

  • Wonder how's the world gonna be when computers can read your mind and will with a small chip, like go toilet and think "hmm damn. out of toilet paper" then some robotic hand appears from small box giving you a roll of paper :P i guess everyone would get very fat.

  • I hate starwars and I still soooo want one of these.

  • YEAH RIGHT SO FAKE

  • Its not fake

  • @elpoo I FIND YOUR LACK OF FAITH DISTURBING

  • LMAO

  • hahah the first part was hilarious

  • I've just got one of these; it's brilliant!!!

  • That is so freakin' cool!!!!

  • does this work like the mind flex, which is using your mind to activate a fan, which lifts the ball

  • yes

  • @LarpSharp8796 yep. exact same thing - but more relevant marketing.

  • Yup, this is the same thing

  • i wonder if you could move different, similar material objects.

  • shes getting all into it and shit lol

  • and outta of nowhere a stormtropper says jedi shoot her down lmao

  • that would have made this MUCH better LOL!

  • @iwanttoboxing ROFL!

  • Lmao

  • Weird thing is that the Mindflex game uses the same technology but people call that fake...

  • nerd

  • The mindflex one is better!

  • $100 aint much, $100 is like $1 to me.

  • Those would be cool if they would work as computer mice/keyboards!

  • moved the ball you have young padawan. the tie fighter over there move you must.

  • Good one

  • this is so cool. it would be better if they ddi like a big playset table size full of storm troopers you had to knock over or something like that

  • i dont have it but im dying for it. i just cant belive that every store sells it for at least 100$

  • go buy mind flex its only 80$ and you have mores space plua an obstacle course

  • It costs $150 bucks at Gipettos toy store. haha

  • Now if only they could make a headset that lets you explode people like Dr. Manhattan. The kids would love it!

  • Kind of a cool toy, but probably loses its novelty rather quickly.

  • Where can i buy it at Malaysia? Please tell me.

  • i wonder, what better special toys does the military have now this is brought to public ?

  • very interesting!!!!

  • looks cool but the first thing i would do if I were to try it is to press the mute button so I dont have to listen to the music XD

  • Ahh Yes, Star Wars Science brings us a ping pong ball in a tube. Star Trek Science has NASA working on real Warp (Space/Time) Drives.

  • warp drives, impossible in practice.

  • o-o if it uses brain waves why doesnt she just read a book or do some math >>

  • o-o timed I think...coz she wasnt thinking about it at all and then OMIGOSH it goes up *-* but what do I know about it right?

  • it uses a set timing device to go up and down i watched tone of videos they all do the same thing at the same tine

  • Sorry but you are Wrong! I bought my wife one of these for her birthday on Aug 6. When i told people what i had got her they were All like you--> "Its fake!" ..."Its a trick!" ...until my wife broke it out for them to try. They are ALL believers now. I have to say that this is a Very cool piece of tech! Go to ToysUrUs! I'm sure they'll have a demo set up but don't Even try to bash it UNTILL you've tried it yourself!

  • You lost the argument by basically saying, "Buy something from ToysUrUs! It's Real, guys!!" Yeah...it's a toy.

  • it is fake t only works in the tube i took mine out of the tube and tried it and it didnt work it worked for asecond

  • obviously, it sends brain waves to the tube and switches on a fan

  • LOL

  • Well no shit sherlock.

The EEG waves are controlled the speed of a mini fan inside the base, which propels the ball upwards.

  • you are dumb

  • for all of you short sighted "simplistic" fools.... within the next few years.. THERE WILL BE X BOX TYPE GAMES WITH NOOOOO CONTROLER.. ALL MIND ACTIVATED so stop showing how uninformed youd rather be. Not to mention its a STAR WARS one of films most decorated sci fi movies EVER. buy one.... it just may become a collectors gold mine...

  • Wow that sound awesome!

  • This toy reminds me of when i was a child i had to goto the doctors and play a packman game. It was for my ADD. I sat in a chair with things on my head, looked at the screen and i had to concentrate to make the packman move.

  • ohhh goddd this is an absolute joke. Go play a REAL game like call of duty 4 or something. But i suppose this shit is for ppl who cant afford an xbox let alone a ps3

  • dick

  • Are you really such a simplistic human being that the first piece of entertainment you jump to is your xbox or ps3?

  • This thing cause like $125. If they can pay that much to watch a ball go up and down off their own sheer concentration I'm sure they can afford at the least a Wii.

  • TalonMercenary, your talent and skill in dumbassery humbles me.

  • Does anyone know when

will those things in the stores???I wan´t one an my birthday will be in 22 days!!!!!!

alguien sabe cuando saldran a la venta estas cosas??????kiero uno y mi cumpleaños sera en 22 dias!!!!!

  • 99-100 bucks in stores this fall.

  • its in late august , and its acually under 130 $

  • lol I don't know why everyone is like, "omg I want one!", I mean even if it does use brainwaves.... all it does is raise a ball, which has got to get a little lame after a while.

  • You sound like Han Solo in Episode 4! "Just a lot of simple tricks and nonsense."

It's cool though, he came around eventually ;D

  • new games for the wii? bah... have you seen the natal project videos with the kid in the TV from Xbox? That blew me away.

  • @geekanerd touche

  • yes but u could replace the ball if u have one

  • this will also enable people with disabilitys to move or turn on things (T.V , Stove, Car, Radio, etc.)

and also will be transmitted into games, such as a new game for the wii coming soon, very cool!

  • They actually already have a system set up to do that for the disabled who want to use computers. It's fascinating, I saw it in a documentary. Apperently there's like only one guy who has it so far because he was the "test dummy," so to speak.

  • Yes i've actually seen that. I also saw one where he puts something in his arm that connects to the nerve endings so when he makes hand motions, he turns remote items on and off.

  • Epic use of the music

  • Hmmm... Little pricey at 130 bucks, but very interesting! I wouldn't mind trying it out. Would make a great center piece. HAHA.

  • for just under $130!

  • HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Midi-chlorians

  • When she puts her finger to her temple, she finally relaxes and focuses. So powerful is basic relaxation training. Concentrated focused relaxation is the first step in using the Force.

  • shes a pro at having no brains

  • I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!

  • CANT WAIT TO GET BRAIN CANCER! YAY!!!!

  • its a reader... its not sending anything to your brain...tard.....

  • true that wonderfat.......its probably some stupid ass black magic training!!

  • Looks cool. I don't want to be that guy but I have to say it. Cancer anyone?

  • I raise your cancer and claim that this toy was designed by Satan to control the minds of children!

  • I bet it gives you brain aids.

  • This thing is way too cool, Can't wait for it to arrive to our store!!

  • you can get it at barnes and nobles but its ot the stock

  • Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the dark side! You have paid the price for your lack of vision!

  • Bah! The Force is strong in that one :)

  • I so want one of those!

  • I Want One!

  • Thats cool :P

  • Great use of music too, made it so funny.

  • Think of the possibilities though, not telepathic levitation, but for everyday things like the TV or unlocking your car.

Soon, everyone will have one of these "mind powered unviersal remotes"

  • for every new technology, someones gonna find a bad way to use it lol

  • A bad way, an evil way, and a dumb way.

    Then sometimes a good way.

  • A Jedi must have the deepest commitment, the most serious mind. This one a long time have I watched. All his life has he looked away... to the future, to the horizon. Never his mind on where he was. Hmm? What he was doing. Hmph. Adventure. Heh. Excitement. Heh. A Jedi craves not these things. You are reckless. That is why you fail. :-P

  • So the only way to make this thing work, is to be bored while using? I'm going to have a hard time with it then.

    Kidding, great quote.

  • Nope, I'm definitely getting that

  • I can finally die and go to heaven and be happy.

  • i know ah!!!!!!

  • this thing is soo cool
