This song is sung in two different octaves. This version is sung on the original pitch also, that's why Shareth has a bit of issue in singing. The original was sung by Sankar Mahadevan and looks like he was able to hit those notes with out much issues. If this version was lowered a few notes, Ranjini would have faced a bit difficulty to sing those lower notes. Anyways, in my option this show was not bad though

Sharath is not just a singer 4 you to comment like "he sings well" or "he is talented"...he is a person, as he always claims, who learned music from dakshinamurthy and such great musicians.... so he is supposed to perform in that level... and about talent...if he was that talented, he would have to bearing the crown of a "failed-singer music director".... this guy comments on contestants like "not opening mouth" "kadichupidichu padi" etc. have anybody seen him singing ever with an open mouth??

that was not only my opinion. its the voice of many people that sarreth is full of pride abt his talent. i too agree with it because i know him personally. not only 'kazhivu' matters but also 'attitude'. thats what makes 1 person worth appreciating. just an imitation of balamurali krishna's style does not make a singer great
