Not hating bro, but you'r doing 15 set's pero bodypart, but you are not a pro bodybuilder. You have a good shape but you must start thinking why you don't progress, you look the same in all you'r last videos, evan a little bit less muscular.
Don't get angry with me, but IMO you must be doing something wrong.
@seBlitz He's also natural. And who says he's not progressing? If he was juicing then he'd progress faster. It takes a natural bodybuilder a longer time to progress. Not doin anything wrong.
You guys had some solid sets, Chad you went super deep on 325 solid. I'd prob lower the weight more for the 3rd guy though. Seemed like he was getting a pretty poor ROM because of the weight.
