I'm a little annoyed at how disrespectful people are being to him, this man is a legend in my opinion. He's been doing voices for years and years, and still hasn't seen the residuals he deserves.
Why the fuck are there so many idiots making comparisons to him and Mel Blanc! He isn't trying to pass himself off as Blanc. He's imimitating voices Blanc created so they can make more cartoons. He does a fantastic job and I doubt he has any equal as he's been doing it for almost 20 years. Fuck heads!
@rrhynes well u know man,most folks are too critcal these days that nothing is ever good enough,i do consider joe alasky to be one of the few voice actors to keep the looney toons alive today,he does'nt need to be like mel blanc,but i'm sure mel blanc would be proud.
But he is good, he is very worthy, just because Mel Blanc started it doesn't mean he's the only one that can do it right, this guy is one of the better replacements out there. And please slow down when you type, you've missed so many words in your sentences.
I think you guys should stop hatin on the man. Mel Blanc is dead, and the only people that can keep these great characters alive. Are people like Joe. So unless you can do better, let the man do his damn job
well of course mel blanc is better, he is the creator. But our kids can never see these characters alive if we dont have people who can at least impersonate these voices. When I was younger, I couldn't tell the difference, all I could remember is I could watch New cartoons! with bugs bunny and many others and I was happy. I can tell now of course, but all that matters is the kids.
