When people analyse wine, and claim it is "dry", what do they mean exactly? I can't wrap my head around a liquid being dry. Is it to do with the feeling it leaves in your mouth, the flavour?
@rspivotmaster Actually it has to do with the feeling in your mouth and it's the opposit of sweet. If your tounge feels a bit sticky to your palate and you'rte missing the sweetness on the tip of the tounge it's dry.
