the song is the OST for A Millionaire's First Love, a movie which stars Lee Yeonhee &Hyunbin.

DBSK sings one version of this song and Jaejoong sings another version; those 2 are on the OST CD. As for Yeonhee's version, I'm not sure if it's on the actual OST.
