Wow....if you dont want to hear Kevin talk, dont buy tickets. Personally I enjoy knowing a little of what is behind their songs. Coming from the city that produced the REO Speedwagon (Lansing, Mich.) I think its pretty cool. Sure, they are a long ways from the days of "You Get What You Play For"....but what band isnt? Why should they quit? They are doing what they love to do, and still selling tickets. Kevin always said he would continue to play, even if for only 10 people.

OK Kevin Cronin, enough of the intro for crissakes. And besides, this version was pathetic. You want to hear the best version??????????? Listen to this song from the 1976 "You Get What You Play For" .........its a real great song but damn, this was horrible. And for you youngsters, the aforementioned was done before Kevin Cronin attached a bees' nest to his head and dyed it blonde. Take my word, listen to "You Get What You Play For" ....one of the best live rock LPs EVER!

It says "Holmdel, NJ (June 24, 2009)." It's from the Can't Stop Rockin' tour this year. I sure wish they would have played that slow intro. that they played last year. I love the version on "Live, Your Get What You Play For," too.
