Mendez was the greatest at what he did...Not "of all...period". There are many who are among the best at what they do. Classical, Jazz., and ALL the styles within these often overly-generalized categories. How about the best at playing MULTIPLE styles at a world class level? Surely, Arturo would be in that group, no? That whole "THE BEST...PERIOD" vibe about ANYTHING can almost ALWAYS be answered by "THE BEST at WHAT?". Besides, at that level, it's not a competition. It's the musical message.

But I gotta say, this is disappointing. The runs just aren't enjoyable to listen to because you can't hear the notes inside the runs, they aren't clean. Arturo's always fought that. He fixes the problem at and after the cadenza, though. *clap clap*
