Yeah I don't care about money or if this dude is rich or poor. I really don't. But hunting deer like this is ridiculous. I'm from western Iowa and I killed 7 deer this last fall and winter, and I spent 50+ hours waiting around OUTSIDE. I actually HUNTED and I EARNED every one.. I even had a huge 7 point rack, not many points but the overall size made up for it, if that doesn't satisfy you then the body would, cuz it's corn fed. Lol it was a lot larger in size than this deer.
It is also illegal to use mineral licks or anything to bait or develop the deer. I gutted, processed and we will eat every one. And I also helped my younger brothers with their deer also. Not to mention this guy pokes the deer and stands back like he's never been around a wild animal before. Pathetic.

@huskerbowhunting I don't condone a 12 year old using that kind of language but I have to agree. This was a harvest, not a hunt. If you absolutely need the MEAT, then go ahead and use a gun. If you are hunting for a trophy AS WELL (if you're gona kill it, respect it and don't make it a waste: eat it) hike out into the wilderness and use a bow. I use a recurve and it is a test of stealth and skill everytime but that just makes it all the better.

He avoided hunters for a long time and I found his hooks and scrapes about 2 weeks before the season started. THEN, you put in the work of scouting out your hunting locations and harvesting mature bucks the proper way, the true way of a hunter and a sportsman. My biggest buck to date is a 17 point, (23 point if you count the points you can hang a ring on like the "old timers" used to count them). That buck was aged to be 5 1/2- 6 years old.

I all so looked at your website really unsure of how you stay in afloat charging out the ass for something that you can do cheaply. you can never replace the feeling of putting in time of working your on food plots, setting up your own stands and putting the time in a real stand not some shed with office chairs.

The hunting facility might as well just shoot the deer for him. 42 points my first buck was more exciting and it was a 4 point I was so happy when I dropped him running at 200 yards I talked about it for weeks. also, i have a friend in texas that owns a high fence ranch (but doesn't do paid hunts) and i promise you most of those deer have never seen a fence. they also range like the deer we hunt. it's not all just shooting fish in a barrel. in twenty years when there is less land available to hunt on we may all be glad these farms exist. now: i do agree that it is much more exciting to have that big wild buck come out on you and i love the days i pack my climber in only to sit and see nothing.

He avoided hunters for a long time and I found his hooks and scrapes about 2 weeks before the season started. THEN, you put in the work of scouting out your hunting locations and harvesting mature bucks the proper way, the true way of a hunter and a sportsman. My biggest buck to date is a 17 point, (23 point if you count the points you can hang a ring on like the "old timers" used to count them). That buck was aged to be 5 1/2- 6 years old.
