  • water seal or oil seal gone there mate? and 115 psi... they should really only be running 105 psi, thats what they are from factory... so im guessing sometime along the way you adjusted the boost which blew the shit out of the oil seal around the moving gear on the actual rotor, and oil is now seaping into the combustion chambers... unlucky mate :(

  • Holy scheet!!!

  • The rotary is the fine line between performance and time.

  • fucking bass!

  • If u havnt driven it much or pulled the motor to replace that seal I suggest dumping a bottle of alumiseal in the rad & going for a nice long drive.... The rotary Gods swear by it!!

  • Probly just needs a thrashing 2 clear it out wait till its warmed up and drive it 2 red line it only way 2 know 4 sure. the radiator always pushes water up my rx does same thing.

  • haha my car smokes on first start up but this is a little over board lol... gots me a video also

  • My car does this :(

  • 93fd3s JDM 13b engine TT tuned @ 0.8 bar 300ps stock seals and running 4 1/2 years strong no problems

  • As title says it has a bad water seal yep, also this is a huge debate about piston vs rotary engine that has been going on for years and would prefer it if you didnt carry it on here.

I have a piston engine car thats done 155,000 miles and runs a treat my rx7 has done 55,000 max and its fobar so yes piston engines last longer hence why they are so common but you dont get many 1300cc piston engines putting out 300+ bhp easily.

    Play nice

    :)

  • @motobruce100 this is true but id rather rebuild a rotary then rebuild a piston engine. so much easier in my opinion, takes me like 45 min if the engine is already out not including cleaning time ofcourse, pistons r such a hasle

  • @motobruce100 Both engines have their strengths and where the Wankle may not last as long as a piston engine, Its mad easy to take apart and fix when compared to the piston engine.

  • @motobruce100 you can get heavy duty water seals from Atkins Rotary. However I don't see bubbles in the coolant are you sure it's not a turbo coolant line leaking? Seems to have smoke coming from that area?

  • @motobruce100~ so what that its 1300cc?!.... it uses more fuel to get the same power as a piston engine!

  • And by the way, yes rx7s do break down alot but Ive had my 87 gxl for a year now with NO problems at all!!!! best $950 ive ever invested, On coils, catback smokes b16s alday, Id call that a good car more than people like to think. The piston engine can be reliable depending on which one, every fucking honda Ive ever owned was shit compaired to my 2 rx7s, they were slow as fuck and always burned oil, and dont get me started on thoes 5.0 faggots

  • If your so fucking in love with your piston engine why the fuck are you looking at rx7 videos?????Get a fucking life asshole. I wouldnt normaly write about this kinda shit on here but im fucking tired of you fucking monkeys arguing on rx7 videos about your stupid ass piston engines. This person bought this car because they want that motor why dont you fuck tards just except that. Im 20 years old and Im acting more civil than you fucks jesus fucking christ!! GROW UP!

  • Coolent seal ,need a new engine, and your good to go.

  • Rotary engine? This is common, nothing new here.

  • @Rotaryisgarbage nothing wrong with a rotary... this would happen on a shitty piston motor if the block had cracked n leaked water to the oil.

  • @sof1map Yeah but guess what, piston engines do that once in a million. The rotary does this all the time. Get a clue, idiot.

  • @Rotaryisgarbage every motor has their pro's and cons dude, get over it.

  • @Rotaryisgarbage

LOL by your name... you must shove a piston in your arse. rotaries dont (always) do it, a piston motor which i equal both in ways, has the same chance of doing its water seal capabilities... now go shove a glass water bottle, in your arse! and watch your water seal break!

  • @sof1map Hey moron, watch the vid, and guess what? My piston engines never have done this, and no they don't have the same chance. Get a clue moron.

  • shit, i hope you got that checked out

  • Check the exhaust for any collapsed pipe. On my FB the exhaust collapsed which caused it to smoke like a bugger, but when I removed the whole exhaust, it quit smoking. It's just a suggestion...
