@jammatoonarmy Nah just for a good blast of light in the evening while I was up there..sometimes I had a headlamp but the floodlight was nice sometimes. Crazy slug action at night sometimes!!

Anthony, what do you do with all the wonderful things that you grow, and do you have help harvesting it all?

@danebrk i harvest what I can...my mom and sisters harvest what they can...the rest goes to the neighbors (the birds and the mammals)...i dont mind at all...the trees are only going to get bigger and bigger, and the more berries the animals eat, the more they spread the seeds and help me reforest that area X 10000!

@danebrk they are eating very well these days - Im sure the extra food is supporting many more animals which will have a domino effect all over the place. Yay for abundance.

Do you think you could go into detail about any guilds you have and any of the planning you did for this?

@therawlifefamily good idea...Not so many guilds really...more of a flowing co-creation...lots of interwoven species but nothing too specific besides my walnut/elderberry/mulberry guilds - Ill do a talk about this in the fall or maybe sooner with photos. Thanks for the idea brother!

@Rawmodel I've decided that the best way to go for me for my main summer crop is to create a mix of seeds in a bucket of compost and spread the compost evenly where I want the plants to go. So much time doing it any other way.
