Есть вещи которые невозможно сформулировать словами. Хоть и долгие годы мы жили в соседних домах, я её не знал. Могу сказать, что только сейчас я узнаю её. Теперь вот заслушался. Безусловно она харизматична, она не была понята в своё время, как и многие люди, чуть-чуть опережающие время, как многие имеющие собственное мнение, как многие всеми силами хранящие свою свободу , чтоб не раствориться в толпе. У толпы нет мнения, толпа ведома. Слушая её возникают чувства, а они неподвластны нашей воле.
Чувство, возникшее у меня от этой песни таково, что есть в жизни ценности намного выше, чем бытовая рутина. Хоть и песня меланхолична, но слушая её становится как то легко, потому что вся суета куда-то исчезает и приходит ощущение чего-то большого и вечного. Ну как-то так.
Могу сказать одно, что этот человек нашел истину, и уходя из этого мира она точно знала куда идет и идет туда спокойно - Ибо верен Обещавший.

I am so saddened by the news... Elvina Makaryan passed away... She was always different, never boring, all her life breaking out stereotypes and cliché, her voice - so seductive, beautiful, raspy ('khrpot')... Yes, she was different, and during her life-time she never received recognition she deserved: neither in Soviet or post-Soviet Armenia, nor in a Diaspora... She will always remain in my memory as one of my favourite 'dissident' singers.
R.I.P Elvina Makarian! The legendary artistry that you illustrated on stage and in your talents will be missed profoundly. We love you and most importantly we cherish you!
