  • Gran presentación!!!

  • I agree, 1979 was the best year for Disco, with artists such as Debbie Jacobs, Boris Midney and Alec Constandinos, the music was amazing!

  • Amigo Frugola este Lp completo es bueno ,Pero se destaca "Love Poison"

Paul Sabu fue un gran productor con Debbie Jacobs, y Ann Margrett ,Gwen Jonae ,Sam Harris etc.

    German Ramos Chile

  • LET's GO!

    great intro!!!

  • good!!

  • 1979, Great year for Disco.

  • yeah it was clearly the peak for classic disco

  • ciao cri se vedi il mio account frugola vedrai altri video interessanti.Devo mettere altri pezzi in rete...

  • Grande roberto, un Dj dei nostri temp i e della nostra zona VIAREGGIO.

    Ciao

  • ...ssis arii ir labais...,very expressiv...

  • I like the song till 1:04,

  • Yup, i agree totally, the song totally dies at 1:04.

  • I think it grows even stronger at 1.04

  • Yaeh it's just starting at 1.04

  • yes i confirm the intro very good but form 1.04 no...

  • what are the names of these hot woman`s???

  • Still have this one ! Paul Sabu wrote great songs like this one, and ones for Debbie Jacobs and Ann-Margret. "Love Rush by A-M is still one of the best as is "Don't you Want My Love"...songs like these are timeless.

  • Theres a part of the song that seems to me like Donna Summers song ..... por otro lado las tres flakas estan muy rikas como para tirarselas de un tiro

  • Well that was fun thanks

  • Hi Roberto, I just wanted to say that I love disco from 1978 through 1981. I worked in a disco during that time in Montreal. Disco Twelve34 was Canada's #1 disco and it was packed with people every night of the week. The energy in the place was amazing, it was Montreal's version of Studio54.

I love the fact that most disco music is positive and wants to promote good feelings between people. The year 1979 was very special.

  • It is unfortunate that the YouTube Flash videos do not support stereo audio. By any chance can you recommend any BitTorrent or other sites for disco mp3s?

I love the texture and feel of 12-inch vinyl disco singles, especially the ones that are 45 RPM, they are nearly indestructible. Good old analog vinyl has a 'warm' sound. My records are in storage now... replaced by a hard drive!

  • One more thing... the 'beat' in original disco may be very regular and to some people monotonous, but at least it is done by real people with real musical instruments. It sounds so much better than the computer-generated stuff.

Ironically enough though, the early early computerized music done by Giorgio Moroder and Gino Soccio was great. It was very 'leading edge' at the time.

  • hi, thank you for this post, really 1979 is the best of disco sound.I have much records of this year and i will realease another hot disco songs!

    Regards from Italy!

  • yes it was very special wasn't it?, I was only 11 for the most part of that year but I got Disco Fever at the middle school gym every Friday night getting crazy on the dance floor, aside from that was normal Rock music being at it's Zenith like Supertramp.

  • good song, typical paul sabu production, most of his productions sounded similiar, thats not a put down, i love most of his work. by the way, dosnt this sound like debbie jacobs on lead vocal?

  • com'on she dosen't have the pipes of debbie jacobs. you can't compare this song with

"undercover lover" or "don't you want my love"

  • sure i can compare them, they sound so similiar in production, and i still stand by by comment about this lead singer sounding eerily like debbie jacobs

  • Yeah, the song is boring, I remember the album, a DJ friend of mine had, but I don't remember the songs.

  • I agree. Good song; great intro., but downhill from there. Album cover doesn't look like 1979! Interesting.

  • You are a newbie. 1979 was quite modern actually. Not a bunch of huge afros and 7 foot tall people walking around wearing huge platform shoes. Once again you are a newbie to this.

  • Thanks for putting words in my mouth. I know the old stereotypes don't hold water. . .just commenting on how modern the cover looked. Now back to my real job. Cheers!

  • I liked it until the chorus.

  • You know nothing about Pual Sabu productions then. You are a newbie.
