Alright there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my GF got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.
Love this exercise! I watched everyday on Exercise TV and I recently moved and It took me forever to find this! Thanks you so much for putting this up!!! Really has made a difference in my abs!!
to get good abs u need resistance w/ weights...floor stuff just burns, doesnt build...so u wont see abs unless u already have thick abdominals in that area and burn it away, so this wont work unless you already have built the muscle.
