I remember super mario brothers deluxe on the game boy colour and the screen area was smaller but it was still the same game and also the red coin challenges were a really nice addition. It was a good game.

Super Mario 1 game where you can play through the game normally.

A stage select where you can get a high score badge, a red coin badge, and a secret yoshi egg for each level. If you get em all, you get a reward.

You can compare and trade high scores with friends

You can race friends or the ghost on different levels. The better you do against the ghost, it turns different colors getting harder and harder

Ah, the memories, this was one of my absolute favorite Gameboy titles, I had so much fun with the ghost race, but I remember the purple ghost being pretty brutal if you made even the smallest mistakes. Thanks for reminding me of this little gem!
