There's a sequence, however, where we see some of this video with no sound, played against music in the scene. For that segment, where we only need to see his mouth moving, there's the middle section of this take where he just blabs about nothing. that part, we never hear, but only see.

I love how even though in the show we don't hear the "pear" one, it comes before the "now I have to ramble" part, so I assume it applies to the Doctor. Then, later in the episode, a scene opens with John Smith eating a pear when the Kid (played by Thomas Sangster) walks in. I didn't catch it the first time, since I hadn't seen this, but the 2nd time/first time i caught it I'll admit I LMFAO'd for a quite a while. <3
