Just because they are affiliated with allkpop doesn't make them bad. They are a new girl group, period. We should treat them as a new girl group that has probably worked as hard as all the other groups to get where they are today. We should judge them on their talent, not who may be promoting them.

I found allkpop when it was just a little site blogging about Korean entertainment. Really all the articles back then were quite bias, I remember one article where johnnydorama was bashing Hyoyeon and calling her a horse face, and look at it coming back and biting them on the ass. BUT that was back then, really allkpop has the biggest global outreach of any K-pop site I know of, and they've really help spread K-pop. So if these girls are really talented I'll give them a chance.

Just because they are affiliated with allkpop doesn't make them bad. They are a new girl group, period. We should treat them as a new girl group that has probably worked as hard as all the other groups to get where they are today. We should judge them on their talent, not who may be promoting them.

Yes. Allkpop has had their ups and downs. But seriously look at these girls for a moment. Pretend theyre from SM or JYP or anything. You would be excited for them. They've probably worked their butts off for this debut, and youre all putting them down cause theyre from allkpop. Seriously. How would you feel. I can tell New F.O. isnt going to be all that bad. Give them time and no allkpop-biases.

I found allkpop when it was just a little site blogging about Korean entertainment. Really all the articles back then were quite bias, I remember one article where johnnydorama was bashing Hyoyeon and calling her a horse face, and look at it coming back and biting them on the ass. BUT that was back then, really allkpop has the biggest global outreach of any K-pop site I know of, and they've really help spread K-pop. So if these girls are really talented I'll give them a chance.

@12987343 The only reason I get my dose of kpop vids everyday is allkpop... otherwise I wouldn't know about any new groups coming out or be able to keep up with the ones I already love. So your statement is null and void.... my desire to move to Korea has only grown, a small part of that due to allkpop (obviously i'm going for many other reasons as well.) I don't know where all the anti korea b.s. started but it's not fair to the people that work hard to put that site together.

i am so surprised with so much hate for this and allkpop, i mean, yes allkpop used to be butthurt and anti-korea/kpop but only in the beginning, tho disappointed, i cant help but be damm logical and see that that's in the past and it's not what allkpop is today.....it's a news website, why look so deep into all of this? just wait an see, tbh, i dun think this group will succeed cuz their sound doesn't seem promising at all

@KitsuneMale Changes is being done, but it's still too soon to judge IMO. What I think is, johnny poked fun at K-Pop previously because he thought there was too much holes in K-Pop for it to grow, but now seeing how K-Pop is, he jumps in and tries to promote K-Pop as much as he can, hence deleting posts from the past. He thinks like a businessman, but whether he promotes K-pop for what he likes or not, we will never know

for the controversy behind allkpop, look at @UnitingForKPop on twitter or on tumblr. They have all the proof there. Even Korean netizens and media outlets identified allkpop as anti-korean.
There is always some kind of reason behind anger or hate. Sometimes you must see where they are coming from to judge if their anger is justified or not.
