i rented this as a kid and hell, it was so much kick ass, but hard as shit!!

Actually, the music is playing at the exact same tempo as on a PAL NES, but the pitches are about a 1/2-step higher.

Normally when you play a PAL game on an NTSC NES, not only does the pitch go up, but so does the tempo.

@Teraforce88 After hearing both versions (PAL & NTSC) again, you're right. I completely missed that.

And yes, I know about the tempo and pitch changes...

@Teraforce88 Cool, I had just recently been learning about games that can detect which system they're being played on and adjust certain aspects to compensate, but typically only the music speed because that's the most noticeable.

@fredmooretwo I agree. My only complaint is that your character walks too far to the direction you're facing, and you can't really see the enemy coming.

Btw. I've seen your "review" of this game some months ago. I thought you hated it?
