Im pretty sure that drivers from Russia are better than American drivers in the winter seeing as they have to drive through snow and ice during that time.
everyone in europe can drive well, i live in the us but go to europe about once a year because of family and everyone drives fast as hell on narrow roads and there aren't many crashes.
although these are edited out crashes, for all we know those might be over a period of several years.
