can anyone help me?

i have a problem with pes 10 playing online

anytime that i log in it says to me the the pes 10 version that i have is incompatible

i downloaded the required patch and during the installation of the patch it gives me an error saying that there's a missing file i

if i ignore it and try to log in again it says that my version is incompatible

any help would be appreciated
