i love her too even if i prefer yuja wang and for this concerto i have to say that i prefer the version of D Shostakovich himself...his grand son Dmitry Shostakovich Jr has done a wonderfull version too...

Just been reading the critique. Do any of you just LISTEN to and enjoy the music. What the fuck difference does it make who's distracted or who's hot. LISTEN AND ENJOY!!!

@23tanith It's not as simple as that. I love the music but when you've got a Mediterranean Adonis blowin' dat horn like that.... it is a distraction for certain types of men like me. I still love this music though.

She may have some funny faces, but she is more than likely listening and critiquing herself, as well as the orchestra. But, she smiles often...and you can tell she is enjoying the music quite a bit!

The trumpet soloist looks bored, Argerich looks distracted, even annoyed, the conductor looks like he's enjoying himself too much, and the orchestra looks a bit anxious and happy at the same time. It's all quite comical.

But at the end they all appear to be happy.
