coconut oil has kept my immune system healthy when I had been on Enbrel which shuts down my immune system, I believe Bruce will show more benefits the longer he continues to take this wonder oil. I Cook with the oil, eat the oil, and also experiment with oil pulling,it has helped me and I continue to make videos showing my progress,my weight loss is going slow, but I have my energy so I can walk now.
