Eb tuning is way cool , not too low , strings are at a good tension still , its a relief when youre about to play 3 hours of soloing shit .

Standard E is ok , for iron maiden .

HALF A STEP DOWN , like load , and its ok , sounds more dirtier , i also think the album might not be in 440 tuning . 440 is good for iron maiden like bands . Somtimes i think the craze about tuning is only by people that want to jam along with the CD witout tuning lower .Three guitars do the trick , one in E , one half a step down , one tuned to play st anger's songs .
