In real life, of course, I don't think that the intrusion of a Morris Townsend into the complex father-daughter relationship would have made any difference in their lives.Father and daughte would have simply selected other rationales for the daughter to end up unmarried without her father's inheritance.. Great story as fiction, though, to introduce Morris and the aunt as foils to the father and daughter.

I searched everywhere for the sheet music. It doesn't exist! I finally gave up on the search and just learned to play it all by ear. It sounds ever bit as good as this.

I haven't attempted to put it on paper but I think I may be able to help you out. Let me give you a few chords to play with, i'll try to put it on paper. The song goes from Gmajor to Dmajor, back to Gmajor.
