This has been a problem for a long time, not because of the lack of "regulation" but as a result of the FAILURE of common law. But you want hear that from these guys. Nope.

Corporations love regulation, Corps. have lobbyist, they write proposed Bills, those Bills gets sponsored by a Lawmaker, that Bill gets passed, it then goes to the President and he signs it.

Corporations, lobbying groups, etc write the Laws not lawmakers. Grow up people and turn off the TV.
