I have already seen a recreation of the "Suicide Mouse", a reading of "Squidward's Suicide", and a reading of "Dead Bart". I was lead to this from a spelunking session into the circumstances of Gary removing his Raticate from his party in pokemon Red.
After the person in this vid asked what could cause a person to commit suicide after viewing it, I suddenly saw suicide mouse walking
in front of his six looping videos. As they started to warp, they floated away and a series of still photos of key events in my life popped up. Suddenly, the pictures started moving. Mickey was grinning his grin and melting into a mickey skelton as the pictures of my childhood animated themselves. I saw things I clearly remember; however, the "me" in the pictures started doing odd things as mickey started laughing maniacally. I, well the "me" in the pictures, would kill animals I remember
loving, such as our pet cat and the neighbor's dog. I watched as friends and family alike were slain by me. These events were as clear as if they were broadcast live on the evening news. For the last 30 seconds, you could just continue some eerie sounds but slowly have words come up. Every once in awhile around the words you see brief translucent flashes of color impossible for the time period. The words say some kind of poetic riddle, something people could figure out on their own. The meaning would be like, after you die, your body is dead but your mind goes on, and you are conscious forever. Alone with nothing but your own thoughts. Kind of like the song one by metallica.
Everything you can possibly think of popping up all at once. Words, sentences, dead people, horrible mutilations, that kind of thing.
Don't forget demonic whispering (Backwards talk would be the easy route to get that effect, possibly subliminal messages that say 'kill yourself', but I wouldn't go that far because that would make people kill themselves for real.), static, and blood-curdling screaming.
Mickey in a guillotine without a face, but all scarred and shit, also with some backwards talking and freaky sounds. Look up some Nostradamus and other end of the world prophecies and just morph them into one huge messed up ending I guess. I found this video that was trying to scare people into christianity by describing hell in extreme detail, rivers of vomit and all that shit, I forgot the link though but you could try looking it up.
Make the buildings behind Mickey start to resemble the Cyclopian architecture or Rlyeh. The screaming in suicidemouse.avi is scary, but looped. Make it nonstop, and make it more and more frantic as the movie progresses. Make the film distort, and crack, those weird bubble things you see in movie theater movies. Start to put demonic faces in those bubbles. Make the buildings begin to resemble demons, make Mickey' face and ears melt into three heads, to resemble the head of Satan from Inferno.

I'm going to take a normal standstill version of M.M.'s portrait, seemingly normal, but flashing a horrible damnation every other second, while a few animator's names from that era roll by in melting text.
I think it's awesome that you're trying to do a very point by point re-creation of the suicidemouse.avi story to counter the vid that's floating around now. As I said for the original vid, I can't wait to see your more (hopefully) accurate depiction of the story.
As to what I believe would want to make me off myself? I think there's honestly too many things in the world that are horrific to different people. My solution: Have a whole bunch of images...surreal, horrid, terrible, disgusting....
(continuing), and whatever other naturally graphic images you can find and splice them into a 30 second segment and have them go by at an extremely fast pace and then blur them together for the crescendo.
Alternatively, take a que from FACE (if you've ever played Yume Nikki, you'll know what I'm talking about) and try to make an original spin on that.

i have theries about that film which are similar to what you described, but nit identical, and i was going to do the same, recreat it how i think it may have looked
i think the second part of the film does in fact excist, but is a result of walts infamouse pionia techneques, coupled maybe wit hthe effects of the ageing of the film, and the fact that it would have probebly been carelessly installed. i can imagine how and why teh film was made

Make it a prophecy of how the world will end, insanely bad shit in it, something dumb like that. I don't know how you could fit a nuts end of the world thing into 30 seconds.
Look up some Nostradamus and other end of the world prophecies and just morph them into one huge messed up ending I guess. I found this video that was trying to scare people into christianity by describing hell in extreme detail, rivers of vomit and all that shit, I forgot the link though but you could try looking it up.

Make the buildings behind Mickey start to resemble the Cyclopian architecture or Rlyeh. The screaming in suicidemouse.avi is scary, but looped. Make it nonstop, and make it more and more frantic as the movie progresses. Make the film distort, and crack, those weird bubble things you see in movie theater movies. Start to put demonic faces in those bubbles. Make the buildings begin to resemble demons, make Mickey' face and ears melt into three heads, to resemble the head of Satan from Inferno.

dont put something stupid. it would have to be something distorted and extremely disturbing. something that gets to you. you would need to add dimensions of fear that people haven't thought of.
i liked how in the other one there was some blurry stuff in the background that you couldn't quite make out, but all of the distortion effects ruined the entire video i think. and at the end put some passage from the bible that would freak the shit out of you. unless you think thats too cheesy. idk

The suicide mouse is kinda interresting, the ideia is making those black/white images around your head, so you are seeing them all the time when you are not watching the video(it happens to me even tho im not scared), but that could get scared and get this, they maybe could suicide because of that? thats my only clue, anyways the video is fake

Based loosely on your 30 second idea but here could be something unpleasent: Something you fear, as in you have a truily morbid fear of, has managed to manifest itself into something that you cant really put into words that only terrifies you, and that image you have of this entity of your most horrid fears is all you can see and hear, and all that exists of you is your mind and all you see is what is mentioned above for eternity. Whatever those 30 seconds were, were enough to make him not want to see it again in his mind. Then again he did say "True suffering is not known" 7 times...so I guess it could be both.

I think it's awesome that you're trying to do a very point by point re-creation of the suicidemouse.avi story to counter the vid that's floating around now. As I said for the original vid, I can't wait to see your more (hopefully) accurate depiction of the story.
As to what I believe would want to make me off myself? I think there's honestly too many things in the world that are horrific to different people. My solution: Have a whole bunch of images...surreal, horrid, terrible, disgusting....

(continuing), and whatever other naturally graphic images you can find and splice them into a 30 second segment and have them go by at an extremely fast pace and then blur them together for the crescendo.
Alternatively, take a que from FACE (if you've ever played Yume Nikki, you'll know what I'm talking about) and try to make an original spin on that.
