Hi Zero, I was wondering, you could mount the voltage regulator to the side of the case and use the case for the heat sink, giving you a little more thermal protection for the circuit.
z nice explanation of r12, i had thought the shorted end attached to the board too. i like the new pots ! keeps the box sealed. thanks keep up the good work. LOOKS GREAT!!!
ps how much KOH per gallon of h2o do you use on the tero cell i am in process of making one.
Thanks for responding to my questions. If you are looking to enhance the combustion process, which it obviously does, does that preclude an ultimate goal to be petrol free? I thought the end goal was to run HHO only eventually... Do you feel that is possible for your device once it is well tuned?
I'm new to the HHO as a fuel additive, and have recently made an eleven plate cell that I intend to install in my 06 toyota corral. Question, is the PWM only used to control the amount of amps that run to the cell? I'm not really sure what a pulse width modulator does.
How do you respond to the naysayers that drone on about efficiency and perpetual motion? Have you measured anything over 100% efficiency yet? Does a gasoline engine qualify as a >100% efficiency machine, even though you are burning gas, consuming fuel...?
I don't NEED to measure over 100% efficiency to justify the energy required to create the HHO. It's a fuel additive, created on the fly that signifigantly changes the way gasoline combusts with the piston chamber. We're not looking to HHO for it's BTU content. We're looking for it to enhance the combustion process. And it does.
thanks zero. i dont know if this video was partly for me but you answered everything i wasn't sure of on this build. nice explanation on r12 thank you

The regulator barely gets warm but you certainly could do what you suggest anyway.

Hey Z, one question, why did you use speaker wire as R12 instead of a resistor?
Just curious.

You have a 0.003 ohm resistor laying around?

LOL
Ah... no I don't. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Actually how about .008?
It is across the Fet....
Just a thought!

Period.
The end.

I like the video intro. It adds a professional touch to your videos.
I can't wait to see the circuit in action. Also, any progress on the concept you presented a few videos back?

One thing at a time.

Very nice - I look forward to seeing your test vids with this baby.
Keep up the good work

Eagerly awaiting your production results. Will you be performing a flow check and posting your efficiency percentage for us? Good luck!

Yep. :-)

I had you in mind but I'm sure there were plenty of others who wondered the same things.
