@MARooNSUPRaMK3 wastegates don't make a sound, other then exhaust noise because all they do is let exhaust gasses bypass the turbo to limit its boost, the noise from this video and the 1st you linked is compressor surge and is caused by the throttle body closing and forcing air back into the turbo, having a bov releases that pressure and makes a whooshing sound
