The running went well but I fell again! Hit the same spot as last week, ripped the scabs right off. It did give me some attention at the football game though. I ended up burning over 900 calories running and another 650 playing football, but now I'm exhausted.
You're finally running a race! As I'm getting ready for my own Thanksgiving Day run (not an official one) to the park to play football in our annual turkey bowl, I realized that you guys are probably in the midst of running. Foggy here, but all is well. I look forward to more videos, guys!
The race was excellent today. I'm pretty much out of shape but at least I won't feel bad eating tonight. I hope the video will be up by Sunday. I hope your running & football game went well. happy Thanksgiving!
