@WenandWoe loop around either a bar, beam, tree branch, cross bar of a goal or even attached to a door then lock the door. I attached a length of chain to a beam in my garage and looped the jungle gym around that. Very vesitile peice of kit and awesome to train with!

Awesome. This is the first place I've seen the power push up on youtube. Also I thought the power wheel was cool too.

The jumper would be cool for squats if it had maybe stronger cables.
